📐 Calculation Basis

• All quantities are calculated from Length × Breadth × Height dimensions.
• 1 cement bag = 50 kg ≈ 0.0347 m³ using approximately 1440 kg/m³ cement density.
• 1 m³ = 35.3147 ft³.
• Concrete: L × B × H = wet concrete volume, then × 1.54 for dry material estimation.
• Plaster: surface area × plaster thickness = wet mortar volume.
• Brickwork: L × wall thickness × H = wall volume.
• Brick quantity is calculated using brick dimensions and mortar-joint thickness.
• Wastage is shown separately and can be adjusted according to actual site conditions.
• For structural M20 concrete, an approved design mix should be used where required; the displayed 1:1.5:3 ratio is only for nominal estimation.
